NeuroPrompt provides AI Assistants setup, automation, integrations, hosting, maintenance, and related services.
3. Payments
- A one-time setup fee is charged before onboarding begins
- A recurring monthly subscription is charged for hosting, maintenance, and AI usage
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
4. Refunds
We offer refunds on the one-time setup fee within 15 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refund eligibility for setup fees and subscription cancellation terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Client Responsibilities

- Use services lawfully
- Do not misuse or abuse the platform
6. No Guaranteed Results
While our services aim to improve lead generation and automation, we do not guarantee specific revenue or business outcomes.
7. Service Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of Liability
NeuroPrompt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
