NeuroPrompt provides a custom AI chatbot setup service along with an optional recurring monthly subscription for hosting, maintenance, and AI usage.
2. Setup Fee Refunds (15-Day Guarantee)
We offer refunds on the one-time setup fee within 15 calendar days from the original purchase date, subject to the terms below.
- Your refund request must be submitted within 15 days of payment.
- You must contact us by email with your order details and reason for the request.
- Refunds apply only to the one-time setup fee.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method whenever possible.
3. When Refunds May Be Denied
To protect against abuse and cover completed custom work, refunds may be denied in cases such as:
- Refund requests submitted after the 15-day period.
- Failure to provide required website/business information after purchase.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or abusive behavior.
- Chargebacks opened before contacting support.
- Completed custom integrations or third-party paid add-ons already delivered.
4. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation stops future recurring charges.
- Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Partial month refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has started.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5โ10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
